Here's a short film by Lego, which has a special place in my heart given that my childhood was kind of defined the little pimpled plastic cubes. I was even set on being an architect for the longest time thanks, in so small part I'm sure, to the hours I spent sifting through that bottomless tub of possibilities. (Though I do have a little beef with the co. these days for making so many specialized pieces, where the focus seems less on personal creativity and more on "assembly." But maybe the tides are turning.... This video gives me hope.
