Here are some great pictures by London-based photographer, Spencer Murphy. While it seems Murphy's most well-known works are his portraits (having appeared in magazines such as Rolling Stone and GQ), I'm personally attracted to his other series, specifically "Landscapes" (from which comes this selection). Besides all-around great compositions and colors, there's a sense of mystery in Murphy's photographs that I find really intriguing. It's like his pitch-perfect execution draws you in, and then his subject matter (and the whole of the photograph thereupon unraveling) holds you there.
This page is a collection of some of the great art I've found about the internet, interspersed with a little bit of my own work. If you happen to come across this page, then consider it finding a scrapbook on someone's coffee table: not exactly meant for you, but not kept out of sight either. Somewhere between private and public, timidly exhibitionist.
