{ Stephan Opitz }

Here are a few black and white prints by German photographer, Stephan Opitz. The first one is my favorite by far, for while the other images are still great photographs, I really love how the first borders on the bizarre, in that you can't quite place (or at least I can't) its context - it just seems slightly other-worldly. And then there's the fact that I think the composition is just fantastic. And in general, I think Opitz composes his images particularly well and has a good, keen sense of balance.
