This particular painting by Justin Mortimer caught my eye for some reason. Something about the fire, its proximity to the human figure (that makes her almost invisible), the seeming obliviousness of the figure to those flames as she searches about in the grass for something. And then there's all that negative space. I don't know, I thought it stood out though.
